Enterprise settings apply to the whole organization. Open the organization, choose Admin, then Settings. Only organization admins can open this page. The field reference is also on the Settings tab. This page is the admin workflow, including how to delete the enterprise.

Organization slug

The slug is the path in the gateway URL, https://proxy.reclaimllm.com/{slug}/v1.
1

Edit the slug

In Organization, change Slug. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
2

Save

Select Save slug. Clients must call the new gateway URL after the change.
The organization name on this page is read-only.

Data retention

Data Retention Policy sets how long session data is kept.
  • Leave the day count blank to retain sessions until someone deletes them.
  • Enter a number of days and select Save Policy to delete older sessions on the nightly job.
  • Turn on Legal hold to stop retention deletion. Legal hold also blocks enterprise deletion.

Session sharing

Sharing is read-only. A member cannot edit, delete, or re-share a session they do not own. Select Save sharing settings after changing either toggle.

Signals and alerts

Signals Policy sets the organization-wide P4 wait threshold and whether hooks enforce compression.
  • Session idle gap threshold defaults to 20 minutes. P4 counts a session when the next user prompt arrives after that gap.
  • Enforce supported compression moves supported hooks out of observe-only mode at their next session start. Surfaces that cannot safely rewrite output stay measurement-only.
Select Save Signals policy. Hooks pick up the change at the next session start. Email Alerts & Cadence sets who receives immediate P0 alerts and the daily and weekly digests, the organization timezone, minimum severity, included detectors and signals, and project exclusions. Select Save alert settings. Personal delivery choices stay on My alerts in the Signals tab. See Email alerts.

Session encryption

Session Encryption has two controls:
  • Org-wide encryption marks new sessions for background encryption. Existing sessions stay as they are until a backfill runs.
  • Admin decrypt access allows or blocks org admins and team leads from opening encrypted member session details. Session owners can still open their own sessions.
Select Save encryption settings. Recovery keys are covered in Session encryption.

Project names

Project Name Mappings renames or merges project labels for the whole organization. An org mapping wins over a member’s personal mapping wherever the dashboard shows a project name.

Coverage and DLP

Coverage & DLP is the organization policy. The fleet view is on the Coverage tab.
  • Require DLP for this organization overrides a local --no-dlp flag unless an unexpired exception applies.
  • Heartbeat, gateway hosts, and required providers feed the coverage checks.
  • Enterprise plans can turn on provider usage reconciliation.
Select Save coverage settings. Compliance retention, evidence, and exceptions are under Compliance settings, not on this page. SSO is under Roles & Access.

Delete the enterprise

Delete enterprise schedules the same 30-day account deletion for every current member, including the admin who starts it. It does not remove the organization immediately.
This hides personal and organization sessions, revokes personal, organization, and gateway API keys, and stops the enterprise subscription from renewing. After 30 days, member accounts and the organization are permanently removed.
Legal hold blocks this action. Clear the hold in Data Retention Policy first if the organization should be deleted.
1

Open Delete enterprise

At the bottom of Settings, select Delete enterprise….
2

Confirm

Type DELETE, then select Confirm schedule deletion.
3

Tell members

Each member who was not already pending deletion receives the account-deletion email with the permanent-deletion date.
What stops immediately:
  • Personal sessions and organization sessions are hidden
  • Personal API keys, organization API keys, and gateway keys are revoked
  • Pending invitations are removed
  • The enterprise subscription and any personal subscriptions stop renewing
  • The gateway and new invites no longer accept this organization
The organization stays in the admin’s organization list so Settings can still be opened.

Cancel enterprise deletion

During the 30 days, an admin can select Cancel deletion & keep enterprise on the same page. That restores members who are still pending deletion and brings back the organization sessions that were hidden for this deletion.
Revoked API keys are not restored. Create new personal, organization, or gateway keys after cancelling.
A member cannot cancel only their own account from personal Settings while the enterprise deletion is still scheduled. After an admin cancels the enterprise deletion, a member who is still pending can restore their own account from personal Settings. After 30 days the nightly job removes member accounts first, then the organization and its remaining data. That cannot be undone. Personal Pro cancellation is separate. Members manage that on Cancel Pro or delete your account only when they are not in an active enterprise.
