Datasets group related sessions without removing them from your main Dashboard. A session can belong to more than one dataset.

Create a dataset

You can start from the Datasets page or add selected sessions from the Dashboard.

Create the dataset

Select New Dataset, or choose Add to dataset while organizing sessions.

Add metadata

Enter a required name. You can also add a description and tags.

Add sessions

Add one or more sessions now or return later from the Dashboard or Session Details page.

Manage a dataset

Open a dataset to:
  • Rename it
  • Edit its description
  • Add or remove tags
  • Review and remove member sessions
  • Export an archive
  • Publish or unpublish the collection
  • Delete the dataset without deleting its underlying sessions

Export

Choose Export ZIP to apply your substitution redactions or Raw to export without those substitutions. ReclaimLLM prepares the archive asynchronously and emails the download link to your account address.

Publish a dataset

Publishing creates a public read-only link at /public/datasets/{dataset_id}. Anyone with the link can view the collection without signing in.
Publishing a dataset also makes its underlying sessions publicly viewable with substitution redactions applied. Review the included sessions and their sensitive content before publishing.
When you make a dataset private again, choose whether its underlying sessions should also become private or keep their existing visibility.

Delete a dataset

Deleting a dataset removes only the collection. It does not delete the sessions inside it.
Free accounts can create up to five datasets. Paid accounts have unlimited datasets. See Plans for the current comparison.
