/enterprise/orgs/{org_id}/files. Paid personal accounts get the same map on Stats, without the review queue or custom patterns.
The map is a Paid and Enterprise feature. The Free plan does not include it. The Files tab calls admin-only APIs.
Inspect a project
1
Open Files
In the organization nav, open Files. The page title is File Lineage & Observability.
2
Keep the default project
The map opens on the named project with the most file activity in the last seven days. Sessions with no project name are left out of that ranking. Use the Project menu to switch.
3
Choose a window
The window is 7d, 24h, or 1h. Connected is the default: files that never shared a session with another file stay hidden until you switch to All.
4
Show sensitive files
Sensitive Access counts every file whose name matched a sensitive pattern. Sensitive Only draws those files, including ones with no co-change link.
5
Open a circle
Drag a circle to pin it. Click it for AI Blame & Integrity and Attribution & Provenance. A session id on either tab opens that session.
Read the map
A line means those two files were touched in the same session. The graph draws the strongest links and stops once a file already has three. Streams: Full and Quiet draw particles along each link. Lines draws the stroke and no particles.
A path is left off the selected project when it names a different project that was also active in the window. Relative paths, and folder names that are not a known project, can still appear.
Open a file
AI Blame & Integrity lists line ranges and the session that last wrote them.
Older stored edits often have no hashes, so those files stay unreplayable. Line ranges still appear when the edit recorded a start line.
Attribution & Provenance lists each recorded access: read, write, edit, or blocked, with the client, user, device, time, and a link to the session. If the file was marked sensitive, this tab states the filename rule. Built-in rules cover environment files, private keys, certificates, SSH keys, credentials, secrets, passwords, cloud config, and names that look like an API key or access token. A name such as
102_org_api_keys_revoked_at.sql can match because it contains api_key.
Review a sensitive access
Open Sensitive Reviews. Each row is an access that matched a sensitive-path rule. The detected rule, access time, and state are on the row. Click the path to open the same file drawer.
Clearing or flagging a review does not change the rose circle. The circle stays rose while any session in the window still matches a sensitive filename rule.
Add an organization pattern
Sensitive Patterns adds extra filename rules for this organization. Built-in patterns stay active when the custom list is empty.1
Enter a pattern
Use a glob such as
*.secret.conf or a name such as internal_payroll.csv.2
Add an optional label
A label is a department or owner note. It is not part of the match.
3
Save
Click Add Pattern. Later ingests that match the pattern are marked sensitive and can create a review row. Delete a row to stop using that extra rule.
Limits
- Blame cannot call a historical edit intact or broken when that edit has no hash chain. New sessions can record hashes.
- A path that does not name a known project can still appear on the selected project’s map.
- Personal Stats has the map only. Reviews and custom patterns are on the organization Files page.
