Personal plans are managed from Settings. Switching Pro to Free stops the next payment. Deleting the account is a separate 30-day process that removes the account and its personal data. Enterprise members cannot cancel their own plan or delete their own account. An organization admin does that from Enterprise settings.

Switch Pro to Free

Open Settings and select Free on the plan control. Pro stays active until 24 hours before the next payment collection, and that payment is not collected. Settings shows the date as Moves to Free.
If the next payment collection is already within 24 hours, Pro ends immediately so that payment is not collected. There is no proration charge and no final invoice.
ReclaimLLM emails you when the switch is scheduled, when it happens immediately, and when you keep Pro.
1

Open Settings

Go to reclaimllm.com/settings. The plan control is at the top of the page.
2

Select Free

Confirm the date in the dialog. Billing details on the same page shows the next payment collection date.
3

Keep Pro if you change your mind

While the switch is scheduled, select Keep Pro. The next payment is collected on the original date.
The Paid tier stays in place until the scheduled time. After that, the account is Free. Captured sessions remain on the account.

Delete your account

Delete account is at the bottom of Settings. It is available on Free and Pro accounts that are not members of an active enterprise.
1

Open Delete account

Select Delete account… and type DELETE.
2

Confirm

Select Confirm Schedule Deletion.
3

Use the account during the grace period

You can still sign in. A banner on the dashboard and Settings shows that deletion is pending.
Scheduling deletion does this immediately:
  • Personal sessions are hidden
  • Personal API keys are revoked
  • A paid subscription stops renewing
  • ReclaimLLM emails you the permanent-deletion date
You have 30 days to select Cancel Deletion & Keep Account in Settings, or Cancel Deletion & Restore on the banner. Sessions that were hidden come back. Revoked API keys are not recreated; create new keys if you still need them. After 30 days the account, sessions, and stored files are permanently removed. That cannot be undone.
Organization sessions are not deleted by a personal account deletion. Enterprise members must ask an admin to delete the enterprise.
