Personal billing
Open Settings → Billing to review billing for your personal subscription.
Enterprise billing
Organization admins can open an organization and select Billing to review its subscription.
What you can review in RCLM
The billing page is read-only for payment information. It shows:- Your current plan and Stripe subscription status
- The next invoice, including line items, prorations, discounts, taxes, credits, total due, and due date
- Previous invoices with PDF downloads
- A CSV export of invoice history
- For enterprise organizations, the current accepted-member seat count and per-seat price
Start or manage a subscription
1
Open the correct billing page
For a personal subscription, open Settings → Billing. For an enterprise subscription, open the organization and select Billing.
2
Continue to Stripe
Select Set up billing in Stripe when no subscription exists. RCLM opens Stripe Checkout to collect payment details and start the subscription.
3
Manage an existing subscription
Select Manage in Stripe to open the Stripe Customer Portal. Payment methods, billing details, and subscription changes are completed there.
4
Return to RCLM
After Stripe finishes processing the change, return to the billing page to review the updated subscription and invoices.
The payment methods and billing fields available in Checkout and the Customer Portal depend on the Stripe configuration for your account.
Enterprise seat billing
Enterprise subscriptions are billed per accepted organization member. Invited users do not count as billable seats until they accept the invitation. When the accepted-member count changes, RCLM synchronizes the subscription quantity with Stripe. Any resulting proration appears in the next invoice preview. If Stripe cannot be reached temporarily, the billing page shows that the seat update is pending and retries can be made without blocking organization access.Invoices
Use Download PDF to retrieve Stripe’s invoice document for an individual invoice. Use Export CSV to download the invoice history currently available to the billing page. Stripe sends issued invoices and receipts to the billing contact configured for the Stripe customer.Subscription and trial status
Stripe is the source of truth for paid access. An account with anactive, trialing, or past_due Stripe subscription is treated as having a current subscription in RCLM and does not receive the expired trial message.
If billing details are temporarily unavailable, retry the page after Stripe connectivity is restored. Enterprise billing is visible only to organization administrators.
