The Settings page is a single account-level page. Scroll through its sections to manage your plan and capture preferences.

Settings sections

Plan and billing

Review your current tier in Settings. Paid users can open Billing to view the next invoice and invoice history, then continue to Stripe for payment or subscription changes. See Billing for the workflow and Plans for the feature comparison.

Session encryption

The Session Encryption section lets Paid users enable encrypted raw session storage and download the one-time recovery key. It appears only when your account is eligible. Read Session Encryption before enabling it so you understand the encryption boundary and recovery-key responsibility.

Data residency

The Data Residency section shows the storage region for non-Enterprise accounts. Eligible Paid users can choose an available region and confirm migration. See Data Residency for availability and migration behavior. Enterprise storage policy is managed at the organization level.

Global substitutions

Use Global Substitutions to create account-level string replacements that hooks can apply before captured content is uploaded. Run rclm-update on each machine after changing remote substitutions so the local hook cache is refreshed. See Sensitive Data and DLP for local substitutions, folder exclusions, precedence, and sharing warnings.

Project name mappings

Use Project Name Mappings to map derived project names to a preferred display name when the same project appears under different folder or machine names. ReclaimLLM derives the original names from captured file paths. Mappings affect project labels and filters across the Dashboard and Stats page. An organization-wide mapping can override a personal mapping for Enterprise sessions.

Device health

When your account belongs to an organization with Coverage enabled, Device health lists your enrolled machines: hook status per coding agent, DLP on/off, and last seen. Use Copy repair command (rclm-hooks-install --repair) to restore hooks. What ReclaimLLM collects for coverage: hook install status, DLP flag, heartbeat flag, a gateway-vs-direct routing class (never URLs or keys), rclm version, and a hashed hostname. No keystrokes, process lists, or file contents. Org admins see the fleet view on the Coverage tab. Concepts: Coverage Alerts.

API keys

Use API Keys to create named personal keys for hooks, the local proxy, or direct ingest integrations. Copy a new key immediately; ReclaimLLM does not show the full secret again. You can create separate keys for different machines and revoke one key without affecting the others.
Personal API keys are different from Enterprise organization keys and Gateway API keys. Do not use a personal key where an organization-scoped credential is required.

Password

The password section appears only for accounts that have an email/password identity. Accounts that use only GitHub or Google sign-in do not have a ReclaimLLM password to change.

Download all sessions

Request a full-history ZIP export. Choose a redacted export to apply your substitutions or a raw export to preserve original content. The export runs asynchronously and the download link is delivered by email.
Raw exports can contain credentials, source code, personal information, or other sensitive content captured in your sessions.
