# Files Tab: Project File Lineage and Sensitive Reviews

> The Files tab maps one project's recent AI file activity, opens blame and attribution for a file, and holds sensitive-access reviews plus custom filename patterns.

The Files tab (`/enterprise/orgs/{org_id}/files`) is the admin workspace for project-scoped AI file activity. How to read the map and review a row is in [File lineage](/admin/files.md).

## Sub-navigation

| Tab | Who | Purpose |
| - | - | - |
| **Particle Map** | Admin | Files touched in the selected project and window |
| **Sensitive Reviews** | Admin | Accesses that matched a sensitive filename rule |
| **Sensitive Patterns** | Admin | Extra filename rules for this organization |

Developers and team leads do not have API access to this tab. Paid personal accounts see the map only, under **File Usage Statistics** on [Stats](/user-portal/stats.md).

## Particle Map

Path: `/enterprise/orgs/{org_id}/files`

### What you'll see

* **Project** menu. Omitting a choice selects the most active named project in the window. Empty project names are not ranked.
* Window pills: **1h**, **24h**, **7d**. The page opens on **7d**.
* **Connected** or **All**. Connected hides files with no co-change link.
* **Sensitive Only**, which draws sensitive files even when they have no link.
* **Streams**: Full, Quiet, or Lines.
* Counts for active files, reads, writes plus edits, and sensitive files.
* Circles colored by access: green create, amber edit, blue read, indigo mixed, rose sensitive.

### What you can do

| Action | Notes |
| - | - |
| Change project or window | Reloads the map |
| Drag a circle | Pins that file |
| Click a circle | Opens **AI Blame & Integrity** and **Attribution & Provenance** |
| Open a session id | Goes to that session |

A path that names another project active in the same window is left off the map.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Unreplayable** on the blame tab means an older edit has no content hash. Line ranges still show when a start line was recorded.

## Sensitive Reviews

Each row shows the path, detected rule, access time, state (`reviewed`, `cleared`, or `flagged`), and note.

| Action | Who | Notes |
| - | - | - |
| **Clear** or **Flag** | Admin | Requires a note. Does not change the rose circle |
| **Export CSV** or **Export SHA-256 JSON** | Admin | Downloads the current review rows |
| Click a path | Admin | Opens the file drawer |

## Sensitive Patterns

Admins add a glob or filename plus an optional label. Built-in patterns for environment files, keys, certificates, credentials, and token-like names stay active. Deleting a custom pattern stops that extra rule. It does not rewrite accesses already recorded.
